We want you to be obsessed with your GIA pieces; however, if you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns on full-priced items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are in their original condition with tags attached and hygiene liners in place.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully package your return items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
